We welcome graduates who will bring fresh perspectives and knowledge across our different global business areas. These programmes are designed to stretch and challenge you while working with supportive colleagues. You will gain the skills you need to progress your career and contribute to HSBC’s continuing success.

We don’t rely on reading CVs when we recruit graduates. Instead you will experience a new immersive application experience that enables us to learn more about you as a person. It’ll also give you a chance to learn more about the programme you’ve applied for through a virtual business simulation. Further information on how the selection process works can be found on our Application hints and tips page.

Other opportunities for graduates

In addition to our global programmes, in some countries and territories we also offer local programmes for graduates. Later on, these could lead to you joining one of our global graduate programmes or applying for another role at the bank.

We understand that a graduate programme isn’t for everyone and you may prefer to move straight into a full-time job. We offer a wide range of entry-level positions, from customer service roles in our branches and contact centres to jobs in our operational teams. To explore the many other opportunities we offer, use our job-finder tool further down the page.
