CRANSWICK Graduate Training

On an annual basis we recruit Graduates to join our dedicated Graduate programme. Under the guidance of a designated mentor, successful candidates start a comprehensive training plan that takes them through the supply chain, experiencing life on the farms through to working in a factory environment and coming in to contact with all relevant functions in between.

Whilst we target our Graduates for certain areas of the business, we will help you to find your chosen field, as you develop during the Graduate programme, and therefore we allow for flexibility and diversity when making decisions with our Graduates.

By spending time in all of the different departments on the graduate scheme,  you will develop an all-round understanding of the business. This will prepare you for the challenges of leading and managing a team in the future.

What does the programme consist of? Why Crest Nicholson? Benefits

This highly regarded programme is focused on creating an environment for our graduates so they can really make a difference to our business. From the very outset your contribution to your team and department will add value to the company’s objectives.

You’ll undertake a 9 to 12 month rotation through every discipline of our business, from Land Acquisition, Planning, Design and Development through to Production and Sales and Marketing. The result of the rotation will mean you’ll have an understanding of all areas of our business and how they are interconnected. With your new found knowledge you’ll be tasked to analyse your experience and recommend areas of improvement.

Our senior team, from Managing Directors to members of the Executive Management team, are dedicated to the progression of all our Graduates and you’ll have a dedicated mentor to assist you through the programme as well as regular dialogue with a Board level Executive who will impart their knowledge and expertise to help you go further.
